Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Me and my spouse was in an altercation more than a year ago. now things are fine. She wants to sign an affidavit for non-prosecution for domestic violence charges, however she does not know what to put as reasons why. She does not want to be heard liable for any charges.
???? What can she put on the affidavit of non prosection and not Incriminate herself in any way????

She can put whatever she wants - only time it happened, blown out of proportion, she was equally guilty, etc. Be aware that most counties do not care if the spouse wants to drop charges (unless they don't) You need a good lawyer. The lawyer can talk with her.
