I have never heard of anyone successfully expunging a criminal record without legal assistance.
First you must determine if you are eligible.
Records can be expunged only if a charge is dismissed, acquitted at trial, or a conviction pardoned.
If you received deferred adjudiction probation and sucessfully completed it, you can't have the record expunged. However, you can file a motion for nondisclosure of criminal history.
