Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was just fired from my job because my boss's son claimed that i had applied for some credit cards under his name. I worked for a program that was under a federal grant. He called for an investigation and it all lead back to my name and my computer!! However, I have never had any access to his information and now he is pressing charges against me. What can i do? THese applications were done online and no matter what is done it all still leads back to me but i will plea innocent until this is resolved!!

It is time to retain a criminal lawyer. The criminal lawyer will not allow you to speak to anyone, at least until the lawyer gets a firm grasp on the facts of the case. You should be honest with your lawyer.
