Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I started talking to a gentleman online. We ate both into an alternate lifestyle and I stupidly made and sent videos of myself to him. When we met in person I told him I had changed my mind and no longer wished to pursue a relationship. Since then he has threatened repeatedly to send the videos to my parents and my place of employment. I have tried to rain with him, tried to placate him, nothing has worked. the guy is a complete sociopath and I don't know how to handle this situation. I need help fast before this spirals out of control.

You will need to hire a qualified litigation lawyer to assist you in this matter.
A restraining order, and possibly a protective order, may be able to be obtained through court litigation.
Otherwise, the video is his, as you gave it to him, and there is no law that I know of that states that he has to give it back to you.
This situation that you are in, is what happens on the internet all the time and even to celebrities. That is why you should know and trust the person, before turning over something to them so private.
