What are the laws for statatory rape in the state of Texas for a 17 year old girl and a 23 year old man?

Re: statatory rape
The age at which a woman may consent to sexual activity in TX is 17. Assaultive and sexual offenses under the TX Penal Code include females under the age of 17. So given willing and informed consent, there is no statutory rape between a competent 17 year-old woman and a 23 year-old man in TX.
