Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I need to have a state background check done in the state of Texas for a real estate license and I want to know if I can find out what comes up when my record is pulled so I can accurately list my past violations. I don't wont to leave something off and have them think I'm trying to hide something.

Everything comes up - every arrest and certainly every conviction for a Class B misdemeanor or above. If you have not expunged them, even dismissed cases come up.
