In the state of Texas, can a DWI 1st be amended from class b-a?

What? A first DWI is a Class B unless one blows / gives blood over .15 (since 9-1-2011) and then it is an A.

Well, of course there's also the occasional DWI 1st that really isn't that after all, and it turns out there's a prior that would actually make the new case a Class A DWI 2nd.
