Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
In the state of Texas I filed a claim on someone and now I want to drop the charges and I spoke with the prosecutor she does not want help me nor care what i want dropped what can I do?

You do not control the charges; the State does. All you can do is advise the prosecutor of your feelings and, if appropriate, cooperate with the lawyer for the accused.
