in the state of Texas if you receive 12years concurent state time how long do you serve before you are ellagable for parole?

Generally you are eligible for parole after you have served 1/4 of your sentence. Good time credits and credit for time served are added to the time you have served to reach this point.
There are several exceptions to this rule. Usually the exceptions are based upon the offense.
