Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
what is the statue of limitations on burglary. i had some items stolen years ago some identifiable, art. Some that were used at a party, novety santa broken and returned covered in smoke and ash ,but pretty widely available. personally gathered fossils.This mostly in1999 i felt it had stopped, it hadn't but i tryed to ignore, in 2008 i could no longer ignore. I thought it was ex but i since come to belive ex may have started it but may not know extent. I am at point of real fear because, when will it end.
I have an alarm and changed locks often. i have notified police and neighbors.
