Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If you stay in a apartment complex with someone and your name was on the lease and you wasn't the signature or the co-signature. Can they put a evidence on you too.

Your question makes no sense. If evidence was found in an apartment in which you lived, whether or not you are on the lease, you can be charged. The question is whether they can connect you to the evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.
