Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Stole from Employer
i have been caught stealing roughly
$2000 from my employer, a national
clothing store chain. They have
indicated that charges will be pressed,
how bad is this? what actions do i need
to take?

Extremely serious, since it is a felony, and defined as a crime of moral turpitude, that will affect your ability to work, obtain credit, lease a residence, attend school, etc; potentially forever.
Stop telling this story on the internet or anyone else, unless it is the attorney that you hire today to represent you.
