Stolen drivers' license and social security card
What can I do to prevent stolen identity when my social security card was stolen as well as my driver's license?

You need to notify, in writing, the SSA and the TXDPS, as well as your banks, credit companies and law enforcement. Send the letters CMRRR and keep copies. The Texas Attorney General has a helpful list of information on its website, under Identity Theft Kit.
