Re: Stolen money
Hello there,
You could be facing charges of credit card abuse which is a state jail felony in Texas.
A state jail felony has a punishment range from 180 days to 2 years and up to a $10,000.00 fine.
The way you could be caught is if the ATM took a photo of you and if you can be identified from it.
You should not discuss this with anyone other than an attorney because only an attorney has a privileged not to divulge what conversations you have had with them.
If you have any further questions feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Erick Platten
