Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What can be done to stop a former employee from calling, e-mailing, & confronting former co-workers and their family members with idle threats, as well as contacting the company's vendors and customers with opinionated, negative information about the company?
After termination, it was also learned that the former employee misrepresented an automobile accident insurance claim which the company reimbursed them for and on several occasions, appearing as authorized to purchase materials for the company, purchased material for personal use & profit.

You can have a civil attorney write him or her a Cease and Desist letter for the harassing conduct. If this doesn't work, then you can file a complaint with the police. This conduct may constitute misdemeanor harassment against each person the former employee has contacted.
