Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I didnt stop and leave info after hitting a vehicle
I have to go to court on charges of failure to stop and leave info after hitting a parked vehicle. I went home to get a pen and paper because it was so late and there were no lights on at the house. I have no money to pay legal fees. What can I do to help when I go to court. I am on short term disability from work right now also.

Ask for a court appointed lawyer. It sounds like you might qualify.
