Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

i was stopped by a city police and there were 5 undercovers behinf him.he asked me to step out the car,i asked him what was happening he ask me did i have drugs on me i said no and he hand cuffed me to the back and put me in suad car,while dearching my things and car.there were drugs under the front seat of the car,and they took me by ambulance to get me pumped out.the dr informed them it was to late if i had swalled something.then they took me to jail and had me under a 50,000.00 bond manufacturing and delivery of meth.i cant afford a lawyer and dont no what to do please help me.i havent been in trouble in 13yrs,

If you can't afford a lawyer (and the court agrees at your court dated) then the court will appoint one for you. Meanwhile you should not discuss this case with anyone.

Make sure you show up on time at your court date. When the judge calls your name, stand up and answer. Tell the judge you can't afford an attorney and are requesting that the court appoint one to represent you.
