Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was stopped by police the other day for suspicion of solicitation. The police did not arrest either myself or my passenger. They searched my car. They did not write us a ticket or anything. No case #. Nothing.
Should I be worried about having a warrent issued for my arrest? If so, how long should I worry about it

If there were no arrests, then it is not likely, with those potential charges, that any will follow at any time.
