Can a subject currently being sot after by the police for evaiding arrest & theft of a vehicle admit themself into rehab?

i am sorry, but I don[t know what you mean by sot after. Do you mean an arrest warrant? And what kind of rehab, public or private? Sorry. Repost this question with more facts and clarification.
