subpeona

When serving a subpeona what other forms should you attach to the subpeona.I think the form starts with a f.This judge did not honor my subpeona do to this.

Re: subpeona

To subpoena someone all you have to do is give the information to the county or district clerk and have the Sheriff's office serve the subpoena.

You will need to provide the date you want the people subpoenaed in court, the location of the court, and any documents you may want them to bring with them.

But be sure to use the term INSTANTER. That means they are to appear and stay through out the trial until they have been released.

Also, when they all show up in court have them sworn in to the Courts record by asking the judge to have them sworn in.

Lastly, If they have been served there subpoena and do not show up for court you can have a WRIT OF ATTACHMENT motion for there appearance. That means the Judge will command the Sheriff's office to arrest the person that didn't show and hold them in Jail until time of trial.
