Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was subpoenaed today to appear. The only tie I have to the person listed is that I was a juror on his criminal trial in 2004. Why would they want a past juror to appear and testify..and about what?

It doesn't matter why they subpoenaed you. If you don't show up, you could get in trouble. Under certain circumstances, you could file a motion for a protective order, but it would be expensive, and probably isn't worth the trouble.
