Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
can you sue a person that doesnt work and the child you don't know there age and they live with their parent who do you sue the parent or him

You can sue whomever you want but if the parent doesn't work and the child at issue is under age then from whom would you recover? You would be throwing away good money after bad.
