Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
superceeding indictments
If an origional federal indictment comes from the Southern Dist., how can a superceeding indictment come out of the Western Dist. if the grand jury there never heard the elements and information of the origional indictment? Where can I find the rules and guidelines to research superceeding federal indictments? I have looked everywhere and can not find the info. even in the U.S. attorney practice manual. Can you help?
