Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I surrendered items in a theft case. The items were given to the people I took money from without being inventoried, signed out, appraised, or monitored to see how much they received for them or if they even sold them. Is this legal? What do I do?

Your question does not make sense. To whom did you surrender them? For what reason?
