Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
surronding states or nation wide
how come I can get a state ID Card in this state if I have warrant in another state? And I was told by an attonrey that warrant look ups all depend on if it is just surronding states or nation wide is this true?

Your warrant will specify if it is only surrounding states or all states. Surrounding states if it was a Texas warrant would be Oklahoma, Louisiana, and etc. Your warrant can be changed from surrounding states to all states if a request is made to the judge issuing the warrant.
