Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I suspect that my wife is having an affair with another man, so I looked into her email and saw to my suprise, a whole lot of exchanges between my wife and that man. Am I wrong to sign into my wifes email account? What does the law say about the privacy rights of wives and husbands, one against the other.

Stop looking at your wife's email (I'm assuming that the two of you have different accounts, that is, that you don't share a single email address). This can get you in trouble.
