Tbc means
I was tied up in something i did not understand in 1993 i was busted for drugs the mayor and a person that worked for her where indicted fales id as peace officer misrep of prop theft pb Tbc i dont know what tbc means this was in a very small town in aubrey tx,denton county how can i find out for sure what really happened thank you .

TBC means Trial Before the Court. (instead of a jury trial or a plea)
