i was ordered to take class by jan. 24th. the classes are offered after that date. i have to report back to work on the 16th of jan. i work offshore, and will not be back until the 30th of jan,

Based on what you have written, it appears that you may need to request that the Court allow you an extension on the time requirement to complete the educational program. You should really seek assistance with this from a local criminal defense law firm.
