Teen Court
If teen court is not offered in our county is there an option where a class c misdemeanor for shoplifting could get dropped where it isn't on her record? She is 14. ie for good grades, references, the fact that it is a first offense

She should be processed through the juvenile department in your county. Hire a lawyer, or discuss if there is a diversion program for first offenders.
