Telephone harrassment
What constitutes harrassment ot assault when a person repeatedly telephones another person and leaves vulgar and/or threatening messages? To quantify - 60 calls in 36 hours during all hours of the day and night.

If the calls are uninvited and unappreciated, and done with malice by the caller, the requisites for telephone harrassment would seem to be present without doubt.
That the calls were made could be difficult to prove.
