Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Terms of Parole
My husband is currently in prison on charges of indecency with a child, 2 counts. He is up for parole in January. If/when he is given parole, could he be forbidden to reside with my child and I since she is under 18 and not his legal child?

Re: Terms of Parole
Yes he can. You should address this issue through the parole officer assigned. If the result is unsatisfactory, consult an attorney in the county in which he will be residing. TCL
