Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

was testifing in court was stopped and told to take a drug test

gave them water out of the uniral of the jail hold cell was told not enought to even test however judge said to test and it was positive. went to jail and was convectd because test postive not becouse of what i was there for. there is a witiness that was never called to testify. and i had 5 attorneys and i need someone that will help me please. this is a henderance to me working well i cant get a job.... need your expert advice....

Sorry, but this question does not make a lot of sense. You were not convicted without being charged and tried. If you were on probation or parole at the time you tested positive, then there is a much lower threshhold of proof. You had 5 attorneys present, but were only a witness? You need a lawyer.
