Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Under TEX CR. CODE ANN. � 45.051, would getting a citation be consider reasonable grounds to violate you deferred disposition if you agreed to that court ordered condition.

Getting a citation may not be a violation of deferred but violating the law which lead to the ticket could result in revocation. (The burden of proof is less in a probation violation - I have not found any law about deferred disposition but since it is similar to probation, the BoP is probably the same.)
