Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If someone in Texas is out on bond with conditions (sexual indecency with minor) -no contact with any child under 17 -must not reside with his/her own children under 17- no weapons - can the Bond Officer overseeing the plantiff enter the plantiffs home in an "unannounced visit" after a complaint/report the the plantiff is still living in home with children and has a weapon. Or, is a search warrant required?

The warrant requirement applies to the police. As long as the bond officer is not acting for the state he is not required to obtain a search warrant. He either has consent obtained from you, probably in your bail bond documents. Otherwise, he is trespassing.
A person on bond should consult the contract with the bondsman to see what they have authorized him to do. It must be understood that if a person has conditions of bond that are violated and the court revokes that bond, that bondsman loses his money.
