in texas is there a charge of "attempting to impersonate a peace officer?" i know that the actual act is impersonation of a peace officer is but in any law books is the charge of "ATTEMPTING" --CHARGE IS 20 YEARS OLD AND I CANNOT KEEP A JOB BECAUSE OF THIS CHARGE HELP HELP HELP
