Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Texas Death Penalty
One of the death penalty criteria is killing a child six years of age and younger. I have been told that it has changed to eight years of age. Is this true? The Penal Code still lists it as six and there are no Senate Bills changing it.
Also, is there a website that allows me to research the history of the Texas death penalty?
Thanks for you help!
