Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Texas Deferred Adjudiction
I was placed on deferred adjudication in November 2007 for assault on a public servant. I received 5 years deferred adjudication (felony). I pled guilty because I could not get ahold of my lawyer until 2 days before my trial. I tried for MONTHS to contact, but received no answer. Anyway, I just failed a urine analysis and tested positive for marijuana and cocaine. Stupid, I know. I am only behind on my community service and all of my payments are current.
Question One: Will I get revoked?
Question Two: Will I get a bond?
Question Three: Will I get an extention on my probation or will I have to go to prison?
