Texas Felony Law
I was arrested on a charge of Indecency with a child in Texas a long time ago i've not had the DA take my case before a grand jury, and it's been over 3 years the da told my attourney he lost the files and thats the last we've heard of this what are my options

Since you have an attorney, you have to direct your questions to that attorney. So far, it sounds like you got lucky.
