In Texas can you fill out and sign your spouses name for a credit card without it being a crime? If it is a crime,is there a statue of limitations for this?

You cannot fill out and sign your spouse's name. Even though all bills created by either party to a marriage are owed by both parties under family law (community debt), filling out another's person's info - even a spouse - is fraud.
