Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Texas Parole Revocation
I am currently on Parole. I missed reporting last month. I have only 3 months left on parole. If they do revocate my parole. What is the worst they could do?

Re: Texas Parole Revocation
If they revoked your parole and took away your street time, you could be facing the remainder of your original sentence. If they gave you credit for your time on parole, then you'd be looking at 3 months.
