Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Where in the Texas Penal Code can I find information regarding "The Rule" which speaks to whether a relative of a murder victim that testifies at the murder trial can sit in on the rest of the trial after testifying.....if the testimony is not directly related to the actual crime scene?

"the rule" is not in the Penal Code. I believe it is based off of Texas Rules of Evidence 614 (exclusion of witnesses).
