Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I want to know if Texas has a statutue of limitation on vehicualar manslaughter. My grandson was killed by a drunk driver on june 30 2006 and on July 30 2009 the grandjury no billed the driver. The driver was arrested at the scene with a blood achohol level of .08 and he stated he thought he just had a blowout.

there is no limitations period on manslaughter.
