in texas, if u commit credit card fraud are u charged for each time the card was used for each transaction?

It depends upon the prosecutor and the nature of the transactions. Each transaction can constitute a separate offense, or can be considered an ongoing crime. The purpose of separating would be stack numerous offenses, however, by claiming a single ongoing crime, the prosecutor could try to turn a bunch of misdemeanors into one felony.
