Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
In Texas , how many years does it take to qualify for you to petition the court for a non disclosure on a 2nd degree felony that I received deferred without adjudication, and had it reduced to a state jail offense.. I completed two years probation , counseling , paid fine , and completed community service as of July 25, 2007. Went to court July 25, 2005. The charge was injury to a child.

If you pled guilty to injury to a child, no matter what level offense, the charge can never be sealed. It is one of those offenses that are excluded from nondisclosure.
