What are texas's police procedures when a 911 call for a wellness check(threat of suicide) suspect in Arlington, Texas, report made via telephone from relative in Houston, Texas? Can officer's enter the home? If suspect leaves home can police taze suspect? Meth found in yard that suspect walked past, pursing officer said he saw suspect throw something.
