theft and burgalry
my wife and i have been seperated for about six months. she came over to my new girlfriends house and took my things from my vehicle. even though we are still married can she legaly do that? the doors were not lock and nothing was brocken. what can she be charged with?

That depends. What did she take? Was it community property? Are there temporary orders awarding the vehicle to you? The contents? You might have difficulty convincing the police that this was a theft.
Get a lawyer to get your temporary orders in place, so that there are rules for each party about who has the right to what property.
