Theft less than 500.00 charege

My son has a charge with warrant for theft less than 500.00 - Need legal advice on how to proceed - He received a letter regarding a warrant - what should he do?

You need to call a bonding company to post bond.

You do in fact need to contact a bonding company in your area, I would recommend A+ Bail Bonds in San Marcos, Texas or Bail Bonds by Barbara out of Austin. Once your son makes his bond he should then get a court date, and it would be my advice that he seek out a good criminal attorney that handles cases in the county where the warrant is pending. This type of case is very serious because it is a theft case, which is a crime of moral turpitude.
