Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have two theft charges on my record. i want to know if i can have them expunged and if so how i go about doing it

If they are convictions, then they remain. If you got deferred and successfully completed them and they were at the same time, you can have the records sealed - for misdemeanors there is no wait time and for felonies the wait time is 5 years BUT you cannot get a new case during the wait time. You need a lawyer to do the work.
