Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Theft by check
I have some checks that I have to pick up for lack of funds they total about 473.00 two of them are warrants the rest are not what should I do will I have to spend time in jail or on probation

First consider hiring an attorney to resolve these checks, as to have convictions for theft on your record is a long term problem for employment and education.
The result depends upon your priors, the abilities of the negotiator, money you have to pay off the warrants and/or checks etc.
