Aggregate just means added together. So, its more than one check which adds up to the loss amount on the indictment. Otherwise, the two offesnes are the same - they are both theft.

Based on what you have written, aggregated means more than one. Generally, the prosecuting attorney will take multiple checks and use the individual values added together to come up with the total amount (e.g. the aggregated amount).
